Restorative & Reiki Workshop

In this 2-hour workshop, we blend the deeply nurturing practice of Restorative Yoga with the gentle healing energy of Reiki to support your body, mind, heart, and spirit in embracing stillness. In a world that often demands constant activity, this is your invitation to pause, reset, and nourish yourself as nature intended.

Through supportive restorative yoga postures, we’ll release physical tension and create space for relaxation, while Reiki energy clears blocked energy, restoring balance and harmony within. Together, these two powerful modalities offer a pathway to deep rest, regulation, and renewal, leaving you feeling grounded, centered, and at peace.

What to bring (recommended):

  • yoga mat

  • solid thick blankets/towels (2-4)

  • bolsters (or solid pillows)

  • eye pillow/small towel

  • wear comfortable clothes

**Restorative Yoga is a gentle and nurturing practice, invites you to surrender to the present moment and find solace in stillness. It’s a practice of deep relaxation, where the body is supported by a variety of props, as you hold 4-6 poses for 10-20 minutes, allowing you to release tension and restore balance. As you settle into each pose, tension melts away, and your body and mind are encouraged to let go, creating space for healing on multiple levels.

**Usui Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that promotes relaxation and supports the body's natural healing abilities. Reiki practitioners will guide energy flow throughout your body, fostering a sense of peace and inner balance.
