As summer transitions into late summer, it's time to balance the fiery energy of the season. Join us for a yin yoga practice designed to cool down the body and support the digestive system. . Followed by a deep breathwork journey, we'll release emotional and energetic blockages, creating space for clarity and rejuvenation.

**No prior experience with either modality is necessary. Come dressed comfortably and open your heart to a journey of self-discovery and healing.
**Breathwork healing (there are many names) is an exploration with your body, mind, heart, and spirit through a somatic, self-healing technique. A 2-part active rhythmic breath done through the mouth to allow the overstimulated mind to surrender and saturate the body with prana to open up the energy channels to release stuck energy within the body.
