As the holiday season draws near, it's easy to get swept up in the rush, leaving us feeling frazzled, disconnected, and drained. In this workshop, we’ll take intentional time to slow down, ground ourselves, and move into the season with clarity, ease, and presence.
Join me for a nourishing session that blends somatic movement (yoga) and breathwork healing. Through slow, mindful movement and conscious breath, you’ll release physical tension and shift stagnant energy, creating space for calm and renewal. Together, we’ll generate the grounding energy needed to navigate the holidays with more stability and resilience—so you can show up with peace rather than stress.

**Breathwork Healing is an exploration with your body, mind, heart, and spirit through a somatic, self-healing technique. A 2-part active rhythmic breath done through the mouth to allow the overstimulated mind to surrender and saturate the body with prana to open up the energy channels to release stuck energy within the body.
