What is Restorative Yoga (NOT YIN)?
A gentle and nurturing practice, invites you to surrender to the present moment and find solace in stillness. It’s a practice of deep relaxation, where the body is supported by a variety of props, as you hold 4-6 poses for 10-20 minutes, allowing you to release tension and restore balance. As you settle into each pose, tension melts away, and your body and mind are encouraged to let go, creating space for healing on multiple levels.
