**Somatic movement is a body-centered practice focused on sensing, feeling, and experiencing the body from within. Unlike traditional exercise, which often emphasizes external outcomes like strength or flexibility, somatic movement is an internal journey of awareness. It invites you to tune into the subtle sensations, patterns, and signals your body communicates, creating a deeper connection between your mind and body.
**Breathwork healing is a 2-part active rhythmic breath, done through the mouth, saturates your body with prana (life force energy), allowing your overstimulated mind to surrender. As energy channels open, stuck emotions and stagnant energy are released, creating space for clarity, balance, and deep self-healing.
